NOTICE OF USE
Camera Cachee assumes no responsibility for any illegal uses of his products and services. It is the buyer responsibility to determine whether the purchase of a product is legal and complies with all laws in their country and region.
IMPORT / EXPORT
Some products sold by Camera Cachee are restricted in certain countries and may be subject to seizure by the buyer's country Customs. All Products shipped are the responsibility of the buyer upon shipment. We will not accept, under any circumstance, the customs return of a purchased product. All orders sent outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees upon receipt of the goods.
PRICES AND FEES
The prices displayed on this site are in Canadian dollars. Sales taxes are not included in prices. All Canadian residents must pay taxes. All individuals must pay PST and GST and businesses outside of Quebec do not pay the GST.
PAYMENT
You can make pay by credit cards on our website: Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. Other types of payments accepted at our store: money order,check or cash *.
* For these type of payment we will not process the order until the complete payment of the order.
SALE
All sales are final with no refund. An exchange can be made on presentation of the invoice and delivery of the product in its original condition, within ten (10) days of the sale. See return policy.
DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
For security reasons, orders placed by credit card may be subject to verification and a minimum of three (3) working days is required prior to shipment. Unfortunately Camera Cachee can not guarantee any date of delivery. If you need the product for a specific date please contact us. Unless you pick up the order at our store all products will be ship by courier and all shipping fees will be charged.
RETURNS
For any return, you must first fill out our Return Merchandise Form and obtain an RMA number. Any package that has not been given authorization number (RMA) will be refused and returned to the sender.
If an item is not in accordance with your order, contact us for an RMA number within 10 days of receipt of the product. We will assume the return postage after inspection of returned product.
If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us for an RMA number within 10 days of receipt of the product. The cost of returning of the product will be under the buyer responsibility. If the product is received in good condition we will issue a credit. Some products may have a restocking fee.
DEPOSITS AND CREDIT
A deposit of thirty percent (30%) is payable on some products and services. Some products are on special order only and other are fabricated on request. In both cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required. If an item is not claimed within 90 days following the deposit, it becomes the property of Camera Cachee. The same politics apply for credits.
WARRANTY
The warranty is 3 months on spy equipment and 1 year on other equipment.
The guarantee applies only if the terms of use, handling and installation are met. In case of alteration or modification of the products, or if the installation was not made by a professional from Camera Cachee, Camera Cachee will not honor the guarantee applicable to the product.
Camera Cachee can not be held responsible for any injury or any material or moral damages resulting from illegal or incorrect use or handling or maintenance, careless installation or reckless use of the product.
Some products are only guaranteed by the manufacturer. In this case, the shipping costs may apply.
